The Rialto Theater in downtown Bozeman hosts several events for one night only, and they are dependent on attention-grabbing advertising to bring in large audiences. This advertisement for an erotic art show was inspired by Francisco de Goya’s companion paintings of La Maja Vestida and La Maja Desnuda, featuring the same woman clothed and unclothed. To tease the curiosity of the target audience, coffee sleeves reading CENSORED covered the bodies of nude artworks printed on coffee shop cups. Removing the sleeve, a person sees only another censored background with information directing them to go to the artshow to see erotic art.
